# Unmute

#### Description

Unmute a member from the server.

#### Arguments

* `member` - The name/id of the member you want to ban.
* [`silent`](/quacky/bot-information/silent.md) - Type `-silent` or `-s` if you want the ban to be silent.
* `reason` - The reason for the ban.

Reason defaults to "No Reason Provided" if not given.
